A beautiful summer evening at Holkham Bay in North Norfolk, England. On this visit I had the place to myself, which is a fantastic feeling as Holkham is a vast and expansive beach. The really windy conditions meant that the top layer of sand was constantly in motion, thus giving the sand an almost snow like look. A combination of the windy weather and the beautiful subtle light gave me one of my most memorable visits to a place that is very special to me and that I will never tire of visiting.
