Power Surge (@SergueiV on Twitter), our beloved daily source of cryptoart news, is hiding in this artwork. First 3 who find him and DM me a screenshot (@barabeke on Twitter) will be gifted an edition.

My "Power Surge", while hiding him, is not related to him. It was entirely made out of pics I took in Basel, of a public square and some old toys. Nothing else. Nothing drawn. Nothing added.

And yet, the original photos are not anymore recognizable. Reality as seen on camera has been transmuted.

I am a dark room mad hatter, I use photos like they were paint, if Ansel Adams could see my post-processing techniques it would freak him out...

The end result is often glitchy, but in a trippy way. If you zoom in my artworks you will expose yourself to a microcosm of suggestive details and the beauty of it is that different people see different things! 🧙 One could potentially use my works as a mandala to drag creative inspiration from...
