 NYC76

In the summer of 1976 I was a 19-year-old photography student; my teacher and mentor was Garry Winogrand. For two glorious weeks, at the Germain School of Photography in lower Manhattan. I shot pictures all day, printed all night. Every morning I brought a stack of prints, eager to see which would meet with Garry's approval. The photos in this collection were all Garry's personal picks.

Now, at the tender age of 65, I’m jumping into the world of NFTs. I hope you find my photos worthy of owning!

I’ve been taking pictures on the streets of New York ever since, but this is when and where I became a street photographer, and that is why this collection is my Genesis Drop.
