A brief synchronization error caused two isolated networks — creation and control — to collide, generating autonomous entities the system could not define or contain. These entities exist between layers, beyond deletion, updates, or control. The first and most powerful forms, known as Prime Echoes, were fragmented and scattered across all subsequent entities, making every piece a trace of that original anomaly. Generation has since been sealed — no new entities can be created. What remains is finite. Not just a collection, but a contained system anomaly.
