The Mundala are erratic, angry beasts. They roam the steppes and savannas of Botanica in large packs, looking for prey.
Each pack is led by a packleader, who guides the pack to the nearest large prey. Once the Mundala decide on a target, they hunt them down until they perish, no matter how long that takes.
This is possible thanks to the large leaves the Mundala have all over their body. Although they are primarily carnivores, they can use the leaves to photosynthesize and thus sustain themselves during large hunts.
