This piece is based on a photograph of Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which I visited in 2017; since the photo was taken in September, I considered the winter conditions and made some adjustments.
The city of Onomichi is part of the mild Setouchi climate, but it can sometimes be hit by heavy snowfall.

この作品は、2017年に訪れた広島県尾道市の写真を基に制作しました。9月に撮影した写真なので、冬の状況を考察し調整を重ねました。尾道という街は温暖な瀬戸内気候に属していますが、時には大雪に見舞われることもあるようです。
