This is a precursor work as a proof of concept. I am currently creating a series of work based on the Bonavista Peninsula in Newfoundland featuring the unique geology of the area.
The region has recently received a designation as an Unesco World Heritage Site and is one of the best kept secrets in the world.

I am blessed to live on the doorstep of one of the worlds newest UNESCO Geoparks.
The Discovery Global Geopark was officially designated in 2020 but was over a half billion years in the making. A truly unique cultural, historical, geological and societal history has created a photographers dream
For me personally, it was a place that saved my life. When battling with chronic pain and mental illness I "discovered" a refuge there. First along its many trails, and then, when a spinal injury prevented me from hiking, through the lens of my camera.
Presented here for you is a collection of 25 images curated from my extensive library, as well as new photos created exclusively for the collection.
When this collection has sold through there will be a draw for an 8x12 acrylic print.
10% of sales on completion will be donated to the Discovery Global Geopark, my way of saying thanks for saving me.
