This video-loop shows an old iPhone 3GS, and an incoming whatsapp call of Princess Aura (actress Ornella Muti). It refers to the Sci-Fi Classic “Flash Gordon” (1981). The data file was produced for the Dystopian sci-fi videoartwork “Surviving The Purple Prophecy”. There are two version of the “Princess Aura Is Calling” scene: one realistic animation (version A1, used for the video), and this Glitch-art file, which is strong as a single artwork, but did not work in the context with other scenes of the complete videoartwork. “Surviving The Purple Prophecy” dates back to my photo cycle “The Art of Surviving One Day on Planet Earth in 2017”. I shooted it 2017 in Gdansk (Poland), and in Milan and Bergamo in Italy: A kind of Dystopian, unreal collage, about a frightening disaster: It seems that Darth Vader and his stormtroopers take over the Earth, an illness breaks out, people wear Oxygene masks. Just google, if you want to see more. “Surviving The Purple Prophecy” was so far selected for the reknowed art-mets-tech festival “The New Art Fest” (2020 edition) and the MAGMART videoart festival in Salerno. By buying this 1/1 piece of original you support the production of future videoart. 1920 x 1080 Pixels, 30 frames per second, MP4 file, 6 seconds, 15 MB, Original file, 2020

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) described me as a “new generation artist and photographer”. (study "Collective wisdom", 2019). The British Royal Photographic Society me an "experimental contemporary artist". I am experimenting with photography, glitch-art, videoart, and one of the outcomes of this work was "un'emozione per sempre 2.0": The world's first film with a cast, generated by Artificial Intelligence. If you want to know more: Google knows me :-) Here is the home of some of my digital artworks, minted as NFTs.
