Capturing light from outside our own galaxy is a surreal and mind bending event, especially when it comes together in to such a beautiful sight and image
Viewing things in space is looking back in time, Andromeda is 2.5 million lights away, so this is what Andromeda looked like 2.5 million years ago not today. Yet another mind bending element to add to its beauty.

It's my passion to encourage people to look up and discover the wonder and beauty that is in the night sky.
Since the dawn of time the human species has used the night sky to help understand the passing of the year, navigation and of course the many myths and stories that create the constellation shapes and patterns.
It's my hope that my images encourage people to step outside and connect to the wider universe that surrounds us if we are willing to look.
This is my collection of the wonderous beauty that lies just beyond our eyes reach, rich colour and details that we just can't perceive without the help of modern camera sensors.
