This is a remote Munnar destination, an hour's walk from the nearest motorable road. This breathtaking location provides a panoramic view of the majestic Western Ghats and the Theni district valley.
The Top Station, on the left, served as a transshipment point for tea deliveries from Munnar to Bodinayakkanur. It was also a terminal railway station between Munnar and Kundalai, built in 1902. The Kolukkumalai, on the right, is home to the world's highest tea plantations.
What more could we ask for in a vacation spot than human achievements, history, nature, breathtaking views, and a serene climate?
A collection of ten 1/1 photographs of the most incredible destinations I encountered during my journey through India.
These are some of my finest images of landscapes. The stories in each photographs entail thousands of miles travelling, days and weeks of planning, trekking, failures and hardships.
Personal favorites, hand-picked by myself.
