This pysanka had the power of “oberih” — a talisman that protects the one to whom it is given. Khmelnytskyi is named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky, the leader of the national liberation struggle in the 17th century and the first hetman of the Ukrainian Cossack state. Before the war, Khmelnytsky was an entrepreneurial city. During the 48 days of the war, the city went through stages from working only for the army to resuming business processes that provide citizens with jobs and the budget with taxes.

We believe

In Ukraine, we believe in our victory. This Easter we believe that life will again conquer death. Our country will be free and we will restore every square meter that Russia has destroyed.

Fundraising

The enemy destroys our churches, museums, theaters, unique art collections and cultural objects. But it is impossible to destroy our belief, our culture, our identity. We have created pieces of NFT-art — painted Easter eggs with authentic ornaments. Every coin from these NFTs will go to the Fund to support and recover gems of Ukrainian culture.

The NFTs

The traditional painted Easter eggs in Ukraine are called "pysanka". Each region has its own sacral ornament and symbols drawn on pysankas. Communication agency Postmen has created more than 20 pysankas that represent different cities and regions of Ukraine. The rarity of NFT (quantity available for sale) depends on the level of destruction of the city.
