In 2028 the first two dimensional LCD posters were developed and put up around Prime City. With a thickness of under 1mm, the new technology allowed companies and corporations to advertise moving images cheaply on a large scale.
Within the year, the streets of the city were littered with E-Posters, perpetually advertising products and shoving in your face the latest gadgets and beauty trends. This is a poster issued by Julian’s Mega-Corp Record Label to advertise the single “Saturday”.
The posters ran on extremely low amounts of kinetic energy and wind power enabling them to keep functioning essentially forever; playing the moving images over and over, for all of eternity...
Julian Lamadrid is a Mexican singer, songwriter, producer, and filmmaker. For the past 10 years, Julian has strived to blend an array of genres to sonically create a unique and invigorating style of pop. This endeavor has culminated with the release of his up-and-coming album ‘Rebels of The Neon God’.
The album is centered around the dichotomy between frustration and dance, vacancy and ecstasy; enlightenment through pain. It tells the story of a dystopian future, a lost child traveling through time and space, drifting through the infinite. He has glimpsed into the eyes of The Neon God, pierced through the void, and come out the other end, desperate for connection, hungry for the eternal.
With the help of NewKino, this world, this future, this vision has been brought to life. We present to you the Rebels Universe, a virtual world unlocked by owning digital assets.
