Istanbul is a giant mall. I have never seen so many malls in European cities I visited as Istanbul. You can find different malls a few hundred meters apart. People always go to malls; to socialise, to meet, to drink, to eat, to watch movies, to shopping, etc.

Istanbul is a unique and inspirational city for many artists, writers and photographers. Ara Guler, Bruno Barbey, Nikos Economopoulos, Alex Webb, and many other photographers.
This city that connects two continents is a love-hate paradox for most Istanbulites. For me, it's part of my soul. I've been living far from Istanbul for the last few years. It's not possible to share all of the photos and memories but these are when I think of Istanbul to come to my mind.
