This is the eighth item to be added to the In Motion Art collection. It was created by artist Daniel Eskridge, an artist whose works appear in magazine, newspapers, and even museums.

On a hillside somewhere in the wilderness of the American Wild West, a powerful warrior horse stands among long grass gazing down the slope. A thick fog has rolled in obscuring the dark fir trees in the background. The cold winds blow harsh through the painted dapple gray's dark mane and tail.

From the artist: I created this in January of 2022. We had a foggy morning one day, and I was looking at the way the trees in my neighborhood faded into it. It gave me an idea to create this landscape with fir trees getting lost in the fog. Needing a subject, I decided to add one of my ever-popular warrior horses. Lately, I've really been into the dapple gray coat, so I picked that one for this work.
