It was way back that I dealt with the face and physiognomy during my art studies where I focused on the changes that the use of distorting lenses can bring to the human face.  After many years in Nov. 2021 I returned to the same idea with the quest to transform cat faces, aiming to shape imaginary creatures which would represent the Guardians of Darkness.

Photography is the only art that deals with instantaneously light. That is the distinction between photography and other art forms , the ability to impress those moments wondering in time and space. Can a moment be fragmented? Is it possible to split a work of art in bits?

All the images presented in the series ’Guardians of Darkness’ derive from unique moments as are the gazes captured. The Guardians are unique creatures and for that reason they are offered as original NFTs 3000x3000 pixels.

All the faces, names and the idea are fictional, based on real situations and facts.
