Robert Silvers, the original inventor of Photomosaics,® worked with a collector of paper money to make this image.

“I spent countless hours over a period of months scanning, by hand, actual rare bills from his extensive world collection, and then cropped the images into the thousands of tiles needed to make this art. Once the collection was ready, I arranged the tiles to resemble George Washington from the US $1 Bill. As usual with my art, I looked for shapes within the tiles that matched the shapes that I needed to form in the overall image. I did this without shortcuts such as blending.”

This NFT is the actual certified digital original. From the Artist: “I hope that you enjoy this art in your collection as much as I have enjoyed making it.”
