For most people, the deep blue is an eerie place. The mysterious, the darkness draws me to this unknown world. When I get asked where my favorite place to dive has been, I don't hesitate for long: the cenotes in Mexico. That's where my professional diving career began, and with it my journey as an underwater photographer. The dark, deep, mystical freshwater caves, some with a sulfide cloud, completely captivated me.

The urge to explore more of the deep blue and bring light to the darkness will always keep me curious and drive me to my greatest passion.
