Web2.0 vs Web3.0

To cook, you combine ingredients in harmony with your abilities. The final unit of this combination is the meal you enjoy. To buy shoes, you match your resources to the pair you desire. The final unit is the shoes you wear. The common thread of the old times: expenses and consumption.

What happens when the physical and digital worlds intertwine? When pasta, coffee, socks, a car… merge with their digital twins, for these never run out. You pay for them once, and they last forever.

Web 3.0 bridges the divide between the physical and the digital, and vice versa. Now, the products you buy are wallets, operating seamlessly on the blockchain.

Web3.0 vs Web2.0

In the old days, they had coupons and offers. They didn’t have the means to offer pure profits to their customers.

What do you blend your site with? What do you blend your purchases with? What do you blend your receipt with?

In painting, we blend colors with our knowledge on the canvas. In our resumes, we blend our past with our most recent skills. In cooking, we blend our ingredients. In music, we blend the notes.

Every blend has a final result.

What happens when you blend the physical with the digital world ❓ The physical has a short lifecycle, maintenance costs, space requirements, and much more. The digital has a longer lifecycle, requires upgrades, and also faces inflation, just like physical assets.

On the other hand, achievements with international exclusivities and legal restrictions, being monopolistic products of high added value, stand apart.

How do legal NFTs (MiCA COMPATIBLE NFTs) operate within businesses and e-shops?

Phygital Aegina (aegina.taiko)

Today, you’ll read and witness something for the first time in your adult life. Phygital Aegina is the first City-State-Soil in global history that is neither purely physical nor digital. It is the result of merging the physical with the digital—it is Phygital.

When you combine one with another (1 + 1), you achieve two; you create a final result. Similarly, when you mix blue with yellow, you get green. The same principle applies when combining tea or coffee with water and a cup.

The complexity of the final outcome increases exponentially when you factor in your favorite cheeseburger, blockchain, smart contracts, and legitimate NON-FUNGIBLE tokens. Welcome to the web3.0 era of Phygital Aegina, where we present the world’s first fully autonomous and perpetual intelligence.

Our Phygital book is free—its pages are accessible only to those with healthy ambitions or a simple drive for better outcomes.

Web3.0

Until now, you’ve read labels, packaging, and manuals to glean the essential information about the products or services you’ve purchased. Now, alongside every ingredient, material, symbol, color, letter, or dot, we’ve 🧩 added the word WALLET, as each element now has its own 🏛️ bank account.

What you’ve purchased is already traded on Ethereum’s blockchain before it reaches you—and will continue to trade forever. It is tied to a smart contract and a piece of authentic artwork (© 2012 2025).

Now, you can transform your mobile phone into a global marketplace.

MiCA COMPATIBLE NFTs

https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32023R1114

(10) This Regulation should not apply to crypto-assets that are unique and not fungible with other crypto-assets, including digital art and collectibles. The value of such unique and non-fungible crypto-assets is attributable to each crypto-asset’s unique characteristics and the utility it gives to the holder of the token.

MiCA COMPATIBLE MINT

https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EL/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32023R1114

(11) The fractional parts of a unique and non-fungible crypto-asset should not be considered unique and non-fungible. The issuance of crypto-assets as non-fungible tokens in a large series or collection should be considered an indicator of their fungibility.

MiCA COMPATIBLE MINT NFTs

https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EL/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32023R1114

(11) ... The mere attribution of a unique identifier to a crypto-asset is not, in and of itself, sufficient to classify it as unique and non-fungible. The assets or rights represented should also be unique and non-fungible in order for the crypto-asset to be considered unique and non-fungible.

European crypto-assets regulation (MiCA)

https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=LEGISSUM%3A4626998

Specific rules cover: takeovers of issuers of asset-referenced tokens and crypto-asset service providers; measures to prevent and ban market abuse, such as insider dealing and misuse of insider information; powers and roles of national authorities, the EBA and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).

The regulation does not apply to: crypto-assets that are covered by other EU financial services acts (e.g. those that qualify as financial instruments, pensions or insurance products); providers of crypto-asset services exclusively for their parent companies or subsidiaries, liquidators and administrators in insolvency proceedings; the European Central Bank and national central banks, the European Investment Bank, the European Financial Stabilisation Mechanism, the European Stability Mechanism and public international organisations; crypto-assets that are unique and not interchangeable with others.

Proem A

The internet began in the web1.0 era. In the past, you could only observe; interaction, as seen today in web2.0, was non-existent. The page you are currently on belongs to the web3.0 era. It is the natural evolution of human ingenuity, propelled by the speed of artificial intelligence and the security of blockchain technology.

Everything you see on your screen is currency (ETH/LRC/TAIKO/€), functioning and generating financial units for those who’ve connected their wallets to this specific smart contract.

Proem B

99.9% of businesses and individuals do not utilize the symbol ≥ (greater than or equal to) in either their physical or digital lives. Everything on your screen represents data, while the smart contract encapsulates its metadata—the essential elements that predefine the final outcome (≥).

Proem C

Would Vincent van Gogh have achieved the brilliance we admire in his works if the chemistry of colors hadn’t been discovered in the 18th century (© https://www.colourmanpaint.co.uk/)?

Do the inventors of Van Gogh’s raw materials have a rightful claim to his achievements? Should bookstores, raw material suppliers, governments, initial owners, cameras, or platforms used to communicate and publish art have a share in our accomplishments?

Summary A

Since 2012, we’ve been purchasing products and services worthy of being monetized and connected to our artistic and scientific achievements. Achievements (©) are those that write their own pages in human history and are known as NON-FUNGIBLE. Everything else is fungible: BITCOIN, ETH, regular money, watches, diamonds, chocolates, gold, cars, gyros, sounds, books, recipes, businesses—they are all interchangeable, with options always ranging from cheaper to more expensive.

It’s no coincidence that international, European, and local laws recognize NON-FUNGIBLE achievements as monopolies.

Summary B

It is prohibited (MiCA) for authentic NON-FUNGIBLE items to mint tokens (NFTs) not tied to a genuine achievement. Fractional economies are disallowed.

We are authorized to mint NFTs for the real economy, but only 69 NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS in total. Before completing any transfer, we must know the price at which you wish to sell the NFT we send you. Your answer doesn’t concern us. What matters is ensuring our achievements don’t function like fungible goods or fiat money.

Examples and Challenges

Example A Challenge A Example B Challenge B Example C Challenge C

Example A

A farmer, artist, or scientist pairs their production with a smart contract where metadata defines the ≥ (greater than or equal to). This generates immediate, net profit for future production, shielding them from inflationary prices and the collapse of older systems.

Challenge A: Clients who don’t connect with the smart contract cannot derive net profit from the farmer/artist/scientist’s production, increasing the producer's worth and making them more expensive than those operating under older systems.

Example B

An employee, entrepreneur, or retiree connects to a smart contract defining ≥. When their resume links to it, their worth increases per hour/day/week/month/year. Similarly, if a business’s logo connects, its worth rises in everything it brands. For heirlooms or collectibles, only the item’s value increases.

Challenge B: The smart contract’s (≥) economic value remains tied solely to the owner, excluding additional primary producers who could generate even more.

Example C

A web2.0 e-shop purchases a smart contract (≥), allowing it to sell as before but at reduced prices due to the monetization of its products, website, and logo.

Challenge C: This is a challenge for multinational companies and primary producers left out of the market. Retail prices can drop below wholesale prices because the smart contract (≥) predefines them.
