Each piece is a 35x35 grid, 1,225 cells, and not one of them is pasted in from a library of faces. The light arrives at the angle the head is turned to, and every cell works out what is underneath it: the brow,
the cheekbone, the jaw, whether it faces the light.
All of it is Solidity. There is no file, no server and no IPFS pin. The picture is computed inside a single call on Ethereum, every time anyone asks for it, across 45 contracts.
And it is not a still image. Each piece reads the wallet holding it and turns toward its owner, one of 777 poses. Transfer it and it turns again for whoever received it, while its traits and its rarity stay exactly where they were. The collection contract can never be changed, but the part that draws can be replaced, so the art is allowed to keep improving for years.
