Rayls (RLS) is an EVM-compatible ecosystem built to connect traditional finance with decentralized finance. It provides a public blockchain for open participation and a network of private, institution-grade “subnets” where banks and enterprises can transact privately and compliantly. The mission is simple: unify fragmented financial systems under one interoperable, cryptographically secure framework.
A core innovation of Rayls is Enygma, its privacy layer that uses zero-knowledge cryptography and selective disclosure. Institutions can transact privately while still meeting regulatory or audit requirements—an approach designed to solve the long-standing tension between confidentiality and transparency on public blockchains. This hybrid privacy model is meant to make on-chain finance palatable to large, regulated entities.

The RLS token underpins network security, governance, and usage across both public and private Rayls networks. Validators stake RLS to secure the chain, and participants use it for fees, access, and ecosystem activity. The design supports a long-term roadmap focused on institutional onboarding, developer expansion, and secure cross-network interoperability.
