What I have created is a digital representation through a “CryptoPunks version” of an incarcerated person for marijuana related crimes and is part of the Last Prisoner Project. These characters express the true state in which this person should be in, and that is a free citizen. However, now that we have “freed” this individual at least in the digital sense, donations and auction funds are not only sent to the Last Prisoner Project but to other NFTs that represent wants or needs that person may have while in prison or when they get out.

We could also “stake” donated funds as a “forced savings” which can only be accessed when the inmate is released.

The example for this vision we will be using is Edwin Rubis.png provided by the Last Prisoner Project. I designed a “CryptoPunk '' portrait of Edwin Rubis that will be used in part as his digital avatar on the proposed platform and auctioned for the RegeNFT first drop July 20th.

The pictures I will be using are from the Last Prisoner Project’s flyers that can be found in this Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xXoCsPrPThFOoKPKti7m_bCPNhEGvIWn

Aside from the “CryptoPunk” version of them, I would like to also create “CryptoPunk versions” of items that the person may want or need either in prison or could use for when they get out.

In the case of Edwin who is very religious, funds could be used towards a bible that is created digitally and then purchased in real-life for him.

Just like the above, I envision users going to a website that shows the CryptoPunk version of that person standing there (maybe slightly animated) on the screen. A list of “CyberPunks versions” of those items in a catalog list sit next to them.

Users can make donations of cryptocurrency that would equate to the purchase of the item in real life. After a donation goal is reached, the digital version of that item is given to that character to interact with.

Your beneficiary cause: 25% of proceeds to The Last Prisoner Project (https://www.lastprisonerproject.org/)
