We will use the proceeds from the sale of this NFT to protect and save lives. Despite the precarious security situation and difficulties, Caritas continues its humanitarian work in Ukraine.

Since February 24, approximately 64 local Caritas centers and multiple parish communities have been actively responding to the current Humanitarian Crisis. The two Caritas organisations are providing Internally-displaced people on the move with essential information, food, drinking water and personal hygiene kits, as well as a safe and secure place to sleep, eat and wash themselves.

Vital support is provided especially to women and children. Ukraine has one of the largest numbers of children in institutions in the world. Despite nearly 82% of thousands of children living in the State institutions having parents, at this moment, with the State focused on security issues, they have no one ensuring their own protection. Caritas Ukraine is also organising Child-Friendly Spaces where young children can engage in sports and recreational activities as a means of helping them cope with the psychological stress caused by the conflict.
