When Hip-Hop artist ARTZ asked J.J. if he could spin up a purple version of his Frederick Douglass painting in honor of history's freedom fighters for a Juneteenth “Purple Suit” drop, neither were surprised that Weinberg already had a purple iteration titled “The Earthquake”. Weinberg took inspiration for the title from Douglass, “It is not light that we need, but fire; it is not the gentle shower, but thunder. We need the storm, the whirlwind, and the earthquake.”. The title of this NFT “earth Q woke” borrowed from the original title of the painting while shining light on the Q at the center.

The “earth Q woke” NFT features 2 unlockables. 1) An unreleased song by ARTZ titled "The Purple Suit”. 2) Each will count as an entry for a chance to win a 1 of 1 hand-embellished 30x40 canvas print if all 19 in the edition are sold at which point J.J. will donate 19% of his proceeds to the Frederick Douglass Honor Society.
