Upper Manhattan remained above water and had become more crowded with buildings than ever, including many new superscrapers, the colorful shapely graphenated towers north of Central Park that thrust far higher into the sky than those in downtown and midtown ever had... "That's quite a wall of superscrapers! They look like a spur of the Palisades that never got ground down in the Ice Age.
