The Gentle Giants of earth.

One thing that amazes me is the fact that Elephants share DNA with the hyraxes. Yep, the size contrast between the two is day and night. Maybe that's where they get their gentleness from.

I can spend days just watching these amazing creatures. I have been to different parks but Amboseli National Park tops as the best to spend time with these giants. They are "used" to people but that doesn't mean you let your guard down. They are still wild animals and anything can happen.

85% of these majestic creatures have been poached for their Ivory. The dream is to have them live long enough for my grand grand children can go hang out with them.
