Meditation on the personal experience of memory. The title I chose because of its link to the bombed city, rebuilt after the catastrophe of the war, but unable to escape its past, which I used as a metaphor. Texture is present, despite the ethereal cosmic feeling, needing proof of existence in some way of what survives only in something as immaterial and intangible as memory.
