Nothing is perfect. Never was, never will be. I just believed it was my whole life. Growing up in NYC, the classic Pepsi sign was a frequent sight. It was a symbol of a great American product that everyone loves around the world, and perhaps a little glimmer of industrial hope.

When I saw a similar sign along the highway in DC, some of the hope died. It felt commercial, it felt industrial. It didn’t feel like I was witnessing anything great.

It’s because Coke is better.
