Yasemin Ilhan’s first NFT collection the “Gala Ladies” consists of 10 abstract portraits, created by Yasemin’s unique method called “yaseminart” - a method that is kind of an art reincarnation. Yasemin imagines and composes fun and striking portraits of both imaginary faces and faces inspired by real-life people. Each time she creates an artwork she dismantles her previous work by undoing it like a jigsaw puzzle. Using the same material inventory over and over she imagines countless faces captured in striking facial impressions. Therefore the entirety of her collection lives only in the digital memory, making it invaluable for the NFT world.
