Rolo Fernández is interested in telling stories. He is interested in the characters and their "staging." He is interested in conflicts and leaves the viewer the possibility (and the responsibility) to resolve them. The style is, in any case, secondary. The style has to be put according to an expressive need. And yet it is perfectly possible to see clear copyright marks. The artist opts for a determined figuration, which never obscures the metaphor.
