4. We (TBNAR) undertake a high quality reforestation project (we grow a rainforest for you).

Contract Parties:

1. Token Holder. The bearer of this token – …………..
2. Contractor. The project manager and executor of the project - TBN Invest (TBNAR). The bearer of this token (Token Holder) is the beneficiary of the TBNAR#1 forest project and holds 30 year license to named benefits generated therefrom. It is hereby noted and agreed that in consideration of the purchase of this token, TBNAR will, on behalf of the Token Holder;
3. Purchase degraded pastureland in the Atlantic Forest biome of south eastern Brazil (the parcel).
4. Plan and execute a native flora tropical rainforest reforestation project on the parcel, establishing quality, species rich forest that survives and flourishes.
5. Contracting local Brazilian specialist reforestation teams with the approval and support of reputable specialist NGO’s and the University of Sao Paulo.
6. Measure, record, independently validate and provide benefit to the Token Holder of: a) Carbon sequestration as a result of the project. b) Biodiversity benefit of the project c) Additional ecological benefits of the project. d) Provide quarterly management reports of the project development. e) Opportunity to visit the project. f) Full ESG marketing & communications potential can be exploited.

• Size: 500 hectare rural real-estate in the SE of Brazil. Details to be advised.
• Description: Native species rainforest reforestation project rewilded to maximise ecological benefits especially carbon and biodiversity.
• Inception: Estimated 4Q2021
• CO2 sequestration: Conservative estimated minimum 150,000 tonnes over project period. To be independently certified and credited to bearer.

Upon purchase of the Token, the Token Holder will receive a management contract and full details of the project as required.
