This is one of my earlier shots. Taken in Hawk Springs. Wyoming, this bolt of lightning cut through the sky over my head. I felt the hairs on my arms raise while standing on the side of the road while trying to capture some lightning shots. I released the shutter and jumped back in the car as quickly as I could. This was the shot.
