You aren't just buying this NFT, you are pre-paying for a 20 meter diameter, ~65 ft. spherical yacht, a Sunshine Sphere. It will be built in Golfito, Costa Rica, in the Golfo Dulce. This is an experimental vessel, the future of Seasteading.

I am more concerned about the fate of the world than setting up another boring company. While the legal structure of a company has to be used, I don't intend to start rolling these off of the line for purchase. Ideally we will sell this one and maybe one more (for a higher price because they aren't risking as much as the first buyer). After that we switch into building tribes. The spheres (and NFT's) will no longer be commercially available. So don't miss your chance to own one the easy way.

These spheres have more floor space than a 60m+, $50 million trimaran, but with three meter ceilings. With five decks you will never feel like you are on a cramped antique style boat. Impossible until now, they will change how we live on the ocean.

Unless you request otherwise, your Sunshine Sphere will implement as many sustainable technologies as possible. The intention is for you to fly* into the ocean in a vessel that you can count on to provide you food, water, power, and spacious shelter.

But this is an NFT!

That's right, and whoever owns this NFT when the sphere is completed gets possession of the sphere.* At any time up until the plans are locked down, the NFT owner also has design privileges over the product.

If you have an interior designer you would like used, or a particular style (futuristic, treehouse, gothic, etc) that you would like, we will work with you to make that happen.

Of course, this is an NFT so you can resell it. If you plan to resell, I suggest you don't provide style guidance. That way whoever is the ultimate hodl'er will get the sphere of their dreams (and you a higher price on this NFT resale. Locking in design choices may decrease resale value).

*Void if the NFT is stolen/scammed by someone in the meantime. It's the blockchain, we'll know.

*Flying into the ocean. The spheres use a hydrofoil. Even though the wing is in water, it is technically called flying. Yes, you're going to have a Sustainable Flying Sphere Yacht of the Future!
