01/09/21 We started the filming in the kitchen of Paradiso, we follow with the camera the team of Grazia and Mauro who show us the process of preparing some of the dishes of the menu: Gnoquis, sautéed mushrooms, stuffed eggplant, fruit salad and capers, tomato sauce, Lava chocolate cake.... Once finished, we also filmed with Giulia, the barista, and Carla, how to eat them... and of course, we enjoyed them very much.
