"W" series In order to express the relationship between my inner self and water deeply, I decided to paint the work in the abstract expression focusing Tarashikomi without being confined to the form of the object. Water dries, but traces of its movement are left on the handmade washi paper. These traces remind you of water again. At that moment, the wholeness of nature embodies.

自己の内面と水との関係をより深く表現したいと考えた結果、 描く対象の形に囚われることなく、「たらし込み」という抽象的表現に徹してみることにした。 水は気体となり乾燥していくが、水の動きの痕跡は、手漉き和紙の上に残されていく。 その痕跡は、それを見る者に再び水を思い起こさせる。 その時、私が水に託した祈りが再現される。
