FARMHOUSE #306 photo #18 Sun Lounger
This is a photograph taken of an abandoned farmhouse. It is located in the Scottish Highlands. This place has been abandoned for many decades from looking at the state of the rooms and building itself.
This is looking from inside the room to the left. This lounge area has a broken fireplace and random furniture that has been left. Did they leave in a hurry? Who sat here before? Did they have fires that heated their home?
I always have the utmost respect when I visit these desolate places. I do not touch or move or take anything from them. I go in and take the photos and try to capture the feelings behind them.
This image is the first of 1 that I am minting. It is exclusive to this market and is not sold elsewhere. The danger level represents the risk of being caught, the level of signs and warnings to not enter for example. Or also the state of disrepair. Some of these abandoned places are very unstable and there is a risk when entering.
Photographs of beautiful abandoned buildings.
I'm attracted to the mystique and intrigue of these places. I don't know the stories behind them, but there are so many questions. Who walked in these rooms? Where or why did they go? What's the history? I do a lot of research after visiting to find out more about the #abandoned building. But often there isn't much information.
Each #deserted #place will have a limited number of images published from that visit. Typically there are 7-21 photos taken at each #bando. These individual collections will be named and I only mint 1 of each unique image.
You can read more information about these beautiful places on my personal website.
