This was my first-ever visit to Mt Tam, despite living in the Bay Area for 20+ years. It's fog season, where the summer is 55 degrees and freezing until you ascend through the fog and up into the clear skies. Seeing solitary photographers perched all over the hillside made me happy, everyone looked content and focused. It wasn't perhaps the best conditions ever for sunset, but it's still a beautiful result and a view of the fog that you can't see from below.
All 1/1s.
I want to share my photography with you, which as an introvert and recovering shy person means sharing the way I see, and what I love, and what I think is important. I love my home state of California, its backroads, quiet corners, small details, and soft pastel sunrises. The images here are an introvert’s California, not big flashy landscapes.
