Constructed in 1908 and perched upon the edge of a cliff over looking the city, this magnificent structure contains a tocsin bell cast in Obata Japan, 1739.

Engraved in Japanese characters upon the bell is a true and accurate prophecy depicting the end of time.

The Pagoda is located atop the Mount Penn Preserve; opposite the Witches Hat on Neversink Mountain.
