I manipulate images with photoshop using paintbrushes, smudge tools, and traditional digital art methods, completely avoiding the use of AI in each of these digitally hand-drawn/painted art pieces.  I use a technique I call Visual Psychic Automatism, where I release my subconscious and relinquish conscious control over producing the artwork based on what my visual brain tells me to do next.  It is completely impulsive and compulsive artwork based on popular images found throughout the open world of social media that I transform completely into something new with my use of Psychic Automatism, otherwise known as automatic-drawing or "Surrealism".
