A collection of ambient data sonifications, in which stock-price data is represented in music.

The collection contains a number of ambient musical representations of stock-price data from significant stock-market moments.

Stock-price data series are mapped to melodic and rhythmic attributes of the music. Prices observed over time generate new musical events, which together form the musical piece. The music (melody and rhythm) is generated based on these stock-price events, with harmony selected automatically based on a music-theoretical ruleset.
