1152通りの異なるNFTアートがボトルにデザインされた世界にただ一つの日本酒。デジタルな情報価値を持つNFTと、味という身体的な 情報価値を持つ日本酒。2つの異質なものを組み合わせ、新たな価値を生み出す試みです。日本酒には、1870年より飛騨古川にて名酒造りに専念し、不老長寿の桃源郷を酒名に戴く蓬莱を使用させて頂きました。蓬莱は、伝統と手造りを重視し、古い木の道具を使いじかに感じる香りや手触りを大切にして醸されています。 数値や理屈だけで判断せず、見えない命が全てを生かしているという気づきや工夫によって味を追求しております。

NFT-sake “Thunderbird” is a unique Japanese sake collection with 1,152 NFT artworks branded for each bottle. This is an experiment to harmonize digitalized value of NFTs and the uniqueness of physical experiences such as the sense of taste. We collaborated with Hourai Sake. The brewery is located in Hida Furukawa and started its brewing business in 1870, around the end of the Edo era. The name “Hourai” refers to the earthly paradise of immortality told by an unworldly man living in the mountains. Our sakes have been awarded top rankings in numerous national and international tasting competitions.
