Terms and Conditions：

Any purchaser of the Lo NFT Works (i.e., the winner of the Auction and its assigns and successors thereafter, the “Purchaser”) shall acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in purchasing the Lo Chan Peng NFT Works:

The Purchaser shall obtain the ownership of the Lo NFT Works, but any copyright, trademark right, or any other intellectual property right of the Lo Chan Peng NFT Works shall not be transferred to the Purchaser and shall remain owned by Lo Chan Peng.



Artist Statement:


The works in the "Painting Series" correspond to a physical oil painting, and there is only a single NFT version. "Shadow Series" corresponds to the only piece "Painting Series".

藝術家聲明：

「繪画系列」的作品都對應一件實體油畫，只有唯一NFT版本。 「陰影系列」則對應唯一件「繪畫系列」。
