If you want to manually properly partition/format my USB drive, follow these steps: 1) Click start, type "command" and you will see . .. 2) Type "format t:" to format the USB using a different drive letter "t:" as the name of your USB drive.
I have Windows 7 on my laptop and it has the OS installed.
I also use Linux to access the USB drive.
I have a 2TB drive that I want to format.
I don't have a bootable CD in my CD-ROM drive on my laptop.
