Ethiopia, An Ode to the Ordinary.

These black and white photos are a collection of fleeting moments from the coldest parts of Ethiopia to the sunny and busy streets of the capital in a span of five years. During which I have grown as an individual while documenting Ethiopia and my pre-conceived ideas about the country that I love are shattered piece by piece in a good and constructive way. I have grown to appreciate that we come in different shades and colors not only in weather but how we also live as a society. Walking through the city that I have grown in or through the countryside which I have visited, and being able to capture these 'ordinary' moments, has been a joy to experience and which I will keep doing on.
