One of the rulers of Diyarbakir, demanding the construction of two very solid and ornate bastions, opened a competition and drew his own plans. A master and his journeyman participated in this competition. Master made the Seven Brothers wall  and the journeyman  Married Body (Ulu Body) wall .  for the The monarch, who came to see the horoscopes when the horoscopes were finished, liked the Married Body wall made by the journeyman and gave the award to him. The master, who was very upset about this, died by throwing himself from the Seven Brothers Bastion. Seeing his master's death, the journeyman also kicked himself out of the Married Body. After that day, the places between these bastions were called Ben ü Sen Valley. The walls between these two bastions were called Ben ü Sen Walls.
