International award winning expressionist photographer Eloise Robbertze partners with first time Portland, OR based artist TwoCamels on a project inspired by a single question:  “What happens on the pathway between The Desert and The Ocean?” 

Introduced during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic through “The Most Famous Artist Community” these two Artists found common ground in their expressionist styles. This is their first collaboration.  

The imagery used purposefully connects seascapes with Americana.  This juxtaposition should feel unfamiliar and awkward as there are no deserts in the ocean.  

The imagery represents otherness and is meant to showcase that as global citizens we can find familiarity with the other even if our starting points are not familiar, incongruent, or of our own volition.  

This collection is a series of 1 of 1’s and the primary sale includes both an NFT as well as a physical artwork.
