flow シリーズは、2021年3月20日から 6月22日に東京都現代美術館で開催された個展「ライゾマティクス_マルティプレックス」における、来場者の位置データをビジュアライズした作品です。 ライゾマティクスは東京を拠点としたアーティスト、エンジニア、デザイナーから成り立つコレクティブで2006年よりメディアアートの実戦と研究開発を行っています。 設立以来、常に人とテクノロジーの関係を探求しています。多様な視覚化や問題提起型のプロジェクトを通して、技術と表現の新しい可能性を追求してきました。 議論ではなく創造的な実践を通じて、コンテンツではなくシステムを作ることによって、様々な事象を掘り下げて来ました。 The flow is a series of visualization works using the location data of visitors of the solo exhibition "rhizomatiks_multiplex", held at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo from March 20th to June 22nd, 2021. Rhizomatiks is a Tokyo-based collective consisting of artists, engineers, and designers, who has been creating media arts as well as conducting R&D from 2006. Rhizomatiks has constantly explored the relationship between humans and technology since its foundation. Through a diverse range of visualization-involved or speculative projects, the collective pursues new possibilities of technologies and expression. Not only by discussion but also by creative practice, or not only by making contents but also by building platforms, Rhizomatiks has been digging into many phenomena.
