President of the Galaxy is a role that involves no power whatsoever, and merely requires the incumbent to attract attention so no one wonders who's really in charge, a role for which Boris is perfectly suited. It is a well-known fact that those people who most want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it i.e. anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job. Incidentally, this candidate is two-faced.
