Seed has grown roots and those roots came from a sacred place as an art movement. Seed was created to cultivate visionary exploration and has hosted a location to house artists since 2006. The location was created with inclusivity as it’s corner stone and was rooted in educating and supporting thousands of artists and musicians that exhibited work, breaking all the rules in the art world. Seed was an original visionary punk movement that wanted to give people a chance to organically create a space that everyone from all walks of life could become part of the creative community. The gallery/creative space/live music venue was opened in downtown Newark, NJ in 2006 with the goal to transform the world and break all the boundaries of what was usually seen in the art world.
