Icebergs are perfect, ever-changing works of art. I took this photo in a part of Greenland that is often overlooked: the tucked-away corner in the south called Kujalleq. After two nights in our tent finally the weather got better and we were able to explore this place with our kayaks. It’s a very humbling feeling floating along these giants. 90% of its total size is underwater though. Sometimes you hear cracking sounds which can be scary. Just remember never paddle too close. Nothing lasts forever…

With this collection, we have returned with our shared passion for capturing the natural beauty of the world. Reflections follows on from our debut project Frozen Planet, the first-ever photography collective on Sloika.
Reflections is our second collection and follows on from our debut, Frozen Planet – the first-ever photography collective project released on Sloika.
When Frozen Planet sold out within a few hours, we thought about what we could do differently. We all agreed we wanted to go bigger! We reached out to the landscape photography community with an open call to submit work then followed up with a lengthy curation process. We are excited to be able to bring more artists into the collective – growing from 24 to 30.
