Sometimes someone gets into my head like a regular guest. It controls me, my emotions and my thoughts. For a long time, I believed these thoughts were my own, but i feel like they are not. These are thoughts that are there to occupy my mind, good or bad, I have no control over them.

Our thoughts make us who we are, yes but how are our thoughts formed and does everything we think belong to us?
